1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order poshaks
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

  • Share your order details along with images (if the item is damaged/incorrect)
  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the product passes quality inspection
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ensure a quick replacement or full refund.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free for damaged/incorrect items
  • For other returns, a nominal shipping fee may be deducted
